I've had a very positive experience here from the start. I first was referred here for elevated liver enzymes a couple years ago. I have been seen by Dr Decosta and Dr Heacock and they are both nice, professional, and thorough.
I had a video visit with my provider and was so appreciative that I had that option. The whole process was easy, professional, and totally addressed my needs in a way that worked most conveniently for me.
Entire process was smooth and welcoming. Jordan (nurse), anesthesiologist, and Dr. Clark were excellent. PlenVue pre procedure drink was selected. Peach aroma with a Flinstone-like vitamin taste. Heavy drink but not bad.
Dr. Zivony was very personable and answered all of my questions. He read all of my reports on prior endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures. I am very confident to have him as my doctor.
Dr. Fisher is excellent and great beside manner.
First of all after prepping for my colonoscopy, I showed up 3 days earlier than my appointment and was told I had come on the wrong day! The receptionist was super nice, found me an appointment that day and the rest is history…..lovely group of people!.
From check in to check out, entire experience was awesome. This is the place to go for any gastro issues. Jenny and Dr. Harlan were so kind, compassionate and answered all of my questions. I felt very well taken care of.
I received clear instructions for preparation, excellent communication with my physician as well as with the entire team. I felt safe and well cared for.
Hard to get an appointment but even the PAs and the NPs know their medical specialty well. Very helpful.
