Overall an excellent experience, starting with the check-in process and continuing to the prep by the RN. Dr Cender and the anesthesiologist explained the procedure in great detail and everything went exactly as described.
Services were excellent, and I received courteous and professional care in a prompt and timely manner.
Everything was kept moving for my procedure. The staff was great and Dr.Shrode was awesome
Everyone who works at this facility is top notch professionally and so very courteous, from check in all the way through checkout. I had a follow up with PA Brian Carlinnia who was very thorough and makes you feel like more than just another patient, like he really cares about your concerns and finding answers for you. I would recommend this group to anyone.
From the nurse that admitted me to the nurse that hooked up my IV and took my vitals, the the anesthesiologist, Dr. that performed the procedure and then the nurse that saw me in recovery, everyone was fabulous! Top notch facility!!
If one needs a Colonoscopy this is the place to do it! Good communications through the patient portal, reminders, and updates. Felt well taken care of from the moment of check in to discharge. Dr. Harlan took time to speak with me before the procedure and after. The nurse answered all my questions and did a great job in prep. The anesthetists informed me of what was happening and again, I felt I was a person as well as a patient. Overall excellent rating for this group!
Dr. Myers was great! I would recommend her to anyone. Very thorough and I hope she’s the one that will be performing my colonoscopy.
I had my visit with Dr. Wood on 9/9 /2022. He was very nice and explained everything to me and gave me options. A great personality and a great Dr. Thanks Dr. Wood.
On 09/09/22 I had a colonoscopy with Dr James Rholl. The entire staff are professional, welcoming, and attentive. I would highly recommend this practice.
