Dr. Harlan was incredible. He took the time to explain and answer my questions. His staff is efficient and friendly. The whole experience was exceptional.
Angie, Dr. Varner’s triage nurse was able to get me in to see him much sooner than I expected. Dr. Varner spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and exchanging ideas as how to best manage my condition. His concern for me as a patient and as a person is refreshing when so many medical practices are becoming more like factories. I highly recommend him.
My appointment with Jennifer Kelenske PA-C was everything I hoped it would be as she addressed all of my issues with ways to diagnose their causes and suggested medications to alleviate my symptoms. She is very thorough! I had practically no wait time, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. This appointment was at the Turtle Creek location.
Nice people, very professional. Construction is being done on the building which will be nice to see.
Dr Whitlock and his staff are fantastic, I was in and out very smoothly, zero complications. I highly recommend this facilities and staff. Well done!!
These people have the process of colonoscopies down to a science. I can't believe how efficient they were! I live an hour away and was home before I anticipated leaving the facility. They know exactly what they're doing and do it well. AND, they treated me very well and it seems like they all love their jobs.
Jennifer was understanding and informative. Gave good advice for how to proceed with managing my condition. Five stars!
I had one the most pleasant medical experiences yesterday considering the procedure. The entire team from registration, the CRNA, the nursing staff including recovery, to Dr Dukowicz were courteous, professional and friendly leaving me comfortable and confident. My hat is off to all of the team. I would name each one but I can't remember all of their names. Anyway congrats on top notch patient service and treatment. I recommend highly.
I went in to DHP for a routine colonoscopy. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. I felt genuinely cared for. They explained everything and would have been happy to answer many more questions, had I had any. There was barely any wait time between seeing the nurse, nurse anaesthetist, and being wheeled in to the procedure room, so a very efficient operation. ALMOST makes me want to have a reason to go to the office more often. I would recommend DHP for your gastro-health needs.
