I had a pre-colonoscopy interview with Brian to evaluate my current GI problems and discuss previous gastrointestinal procedures. Brian was very courteous and knowledgeable and made thoughtful recommendations regarding my current status and how to proceed in the future. Overall, I thought Brian was very thorough when evaluating my GI situation.

My entire experience at CMG could not have been better. Detailed instructions for prep prior to procedure. Friendly and efficient reception personnel. Extremely kind and attentive nurse, hardly felt the IV at all. Nurse anesthesiologist was excellent and Dr. Rackoff was wonderful. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and addressed any questions or concerns I had. Thank you to all.

Have seen several physicians & a nurse practitioner at this office. They all knew what they are doing. They make you comfortable & answer any questions that you may have. I have never had a bad experience at this office with any staff member. I would highly recommend them if you are needing this type of specialty. You won't be disappointed.

Providers and staff are professional courteous. Pre and post procedure instruction are easy to follow. Only recommendation for continuity of procedure and medical history, documentation, and billing is for Digestive Health to switch over the MyChart.
