i was very pleased with treatment at Asheville Gastroenterology. Personnel were all courteous and helpful. The information sent previous to my visit was easy to follow and made the prep an easy process. The appointment went smoothly and any questions were answered quickly and fully.
Everyone was very courteous and professional through out the appointment. Carrie was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
From the time I arrived until the time I left, the staff were so very kind. The front desk, all the way to the nurses and doctors. They made me feel very comfortable, considering the procedure. By they way, I didn’t remember a thing!
I have received excellent care, thorough response to the reason for my visit, and I also appreciateciate the written transcript of each visit.
The staff is professional, yet approachable. They have a system / process in place that works but doesn't make you feel like youx're just a number.
The staff was incredibly nice and caring
I was very pleased with my endoscopy. I found the Staff Staff (especially knowledgeable of the process) and able to (translate the booklet and pre op preparation) all the staff were respectful of each other and the patients. It was a very pleasant experience, considering the reason for it. One thing I highly recommend to anyone doing the gallon prep… Add sweetened Soda Stream flavoring to taste, and it is much more palatable. Even tasty! I would agree that the prep instructions were complicated. It would be difficult to be computer non-savvy and understand exactly what I was supposed to be doing. No anyone’s favorite Doctor visit but I have to tell you, it was the best ever. They were accurate on-time compassionate, even funny, and super professional. I felt I was an excellent care safe and clean as well. Highly recommend
