Wonderful practice. The staff is pleasant and efficient, he doctor spent time asking and listening. I highly recommend
I had a very positive experience. Everyone from office personnel to nurses and doctors gave me very personal and caring service. We were disappointed when we found out that my husband could not go shopping during the procedure but understood when my nurse explained why the practice has the policy that the driver needs to stay on the premises.
Dr. Whitlock is one of the very few doctors that I have 100% faith in and trust. His office and his entire team are professional and actually seem concerned for my wellbeing. My only criticism is they can lose the mask mandate on patients. Biden has said the pandemic is over and the CDC came out yesterday and said health care providers no longer need to require it. Should be optional at this point.

Staff was comforting and professional. I remember the anesthesia nurse tell me she was injecting anesthesia into the IV. The next thing was walking up to someone telling me the endoscopy was done. All that time being anxious. What a waste of time!
First visit ever and was very satisfied. Prompt and didn't wait long at all with the whole visit.
Great experience with the Digestive Health team in Hendersonville. Very organized and professional. The friendly staff made me feel at ease. Brian (CRNA) is a good guy. Fellow Catamount! Did a good job explaining the procedure and anesthesia. Dr. Varner has a calm, relaxed personality. He listened intently when I discussed my previous GI history. Good sense of humor. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The only bad part was the prep. I highly recommend these caring professionals.
Staff were all pleasant, helpful, and very short wait to be taken back. The office was clean and comfortable.
All staff was welcoming and engaging. Visit with Ryan, PA was extremely helpful & informative.
