From the moment I arrived until I left, I was well taken care of by everybody. Setting up an appointment was messy and stressful. The process could be simplified. But once I got there, y'all do a great job.
Excellent experience. The intake process went smoothly. All staff were extremely professional and efficient. The doctor was thorough, professional ,and personable. The scheduler (for the follow-on procedure) was efficient and clearly explained the process. I was very pleased with the quality of service.

I was referred to the Hendersonville location because it was impossible to get an appointment in Asheville in a reasonable time. My appointment and the diagnostic procedure was conducted professionally and efficiently. I was very happy with all personnel from the receptionist who checked me in late (due to a slow down in I26) to all the Nurses and Doctors I would highly recommend this office Just be aware that there is a phone issue that makes it difficult to get through.
I was referred to Carolina Mountain Gastroenterology by my primary care physician after a positive Cologuard test. I was very impressed by the efficiency and procedural process the day of my colonoscopy. I was most impressed by the attitude of every employee we had contact with from the gal at the reception des to, the nurses, the anesthesiologist and Dr. Clark. My experience couldn't have been more positive (given the procedure).
All my experiences with Digestive Health the past twenty years have been excellent. My gastroenterologist, James Rholl, is an expert in this field and has made my colonosopies, that I receive every two years, a procedure that I do with confidence. The medication that Dr. Rholl has me on these past years essentially mitigates any symptoms associated with Chrone's Disease.
Great providers, assistants and office staff. They are caring, friendly and expert in their knowledge. I have been with this practice for years and would not go elsewhere. I see Dr Varner and Karen McGraw, FBP-BC, and have always gotten excellent care and response to any questions or concerns regarding my health.
Arrived on time, and was taken on time.. everyone were kind and efficient.
The PA I spoke with over a televisit was articulate, clear and caring. I was extremely impressed with him. Thank you.
