Having a colonoscopy is not a pleasant thing, especially the prep.We all know that. The staff at DHP makes you feel as comfortable as possibly while having a procedure up there. This was my 2nd one up there, and all went very smoothly. Dr. Rholl is a pro, and really makes you feel relaxed, and not stressed, Not that I look forward to the next one, but I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Nurses do a super job too, and answering questions in the days leading up to the procedure. Thanks to all.
Procedure went very well, although about 45 minutes later than the scheduled time.?. Took two weeks to schedule the procedure after I was notified they had my referral. But the procedure was as pleasant as could be.
Dr. Wood was very through in responding to questions, explaining my options and we making recommendations.
Everyone is very pleasant from check in to check out. Very professional staff.
I went here for a colonoscopy on September 9, 2022. The entire staff was professional and made me feel comfortable immediately. Jordan was the anesthesiologist and Dr Clark performed the procedure. They were very easy to talk with and very nicely answered my questions. I would refer others to go here.
As good a colonoscopy experience as one could have. Staff was very efficient, professional and communicative. Doctor , nurses and anesthesiologist did a great job..
I enjoyed my visit as much as one can. The assistant use both my Christian names, which made me happy. I’ve never used just the first one. She was consistently personable and competent. The doctor was also thorough in his questions and I felt that he understood my answers.
I have been a patient with the clinic in Hendersonville since 2015, following the recommendation by my oncologist. I have had yearly endoscopies by Dr. Andrew Rackoff and helpful follow-up by staff members. Being able to meet Ryan Nelson via Telehealth has made it easier to keep in touch, since we live 90 minutes from Hendersonville. I have always experienced prompt and caring responses from the staff.
First visit to this practice and I was very impressed. I have been a medical practice administer before and I know how difficult it is to run a medical practice this warmly and efficiently. Staff very nice and Dr O’Connell was amazing. He actually listens and made me feel very relaxed.
