The check-in was quick, the wait to be taken in for my procedure was reasonable, and the professionals - RN, CRNA, and physician - were pleasant, friendly, and very good at their jobs. Every step of the process was explained as we beforehand. Afterwards, Dr Dukowicz went over the details and the next steps. This is my 3rd colonoscopy done at this facility over 15 years or so. I highly recommend them.
I had my first appointment at the Hendersonville Office yesterday. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I saw Davis Marshall, PA-C. He is awesome. He makes you feel relaxed, and very inviting to converse with. All in all a very pleasant atmosphere.
Dr Varner was very helpful and explained my situation in detail. I feel confident about the recommendations for further treatment.
I found their staff very friendly and attentive to my needs as a patient. They showed an earnest effort in making the procedure as painless and uncomfortable as possible. I will returned in the future.

My procedure was handled so well. The RN that placed my IV, Jillian, did an excellent job…that started everything off very positively. Then Dr. Harlan took the time to listen to my questions and answered them empathically. The tiniest glitch for me was when he came by and spoke to me post-op, but I have NO memory of it! Thankfully, the discharge nurse told me what he said. Glad that is behind me (pun intended). But the overall takeaway was very positive!
