I can't say enough good things about my experience at Digestive Health Partners. From Jordan getting me ready for the procedure, to the anesthesiologist and Dr. Rholl performing the colonoscopy, to Dr. Rholl explaining the results, to the care about my recovery, including a follow up call the following day.....couldn't have been any better!
Dr. Rholl and the staff at Carolina Mountain Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center are pleasant and very professional! When I had my colonoscopy they explained everything and asked me if I had any questions! I was a little nervous, but who isn’t when you’re having surgery? The hardest part was drinking the prep solution and not eating anything for a day and a half! Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making this a smooth experience.

Everyone from the representative who contacted me to schedule my appointment to the nurse who escorted me to the car were amazing. The process was well organized, professional and well managed. Dr. Rackoff and the entire staff were excellent and I felt well cared for during my visit. Highly recommend, if you have to go...this is the best place in WNC to go.
Check in was very easy. No wait. Nurses were professional and personally caring. The doctor greeted me before and reviewed results after procedure.

Very professional and efficient. I was dreading my colonoscopy terribly. Please do not worry. The folks are awesome, and this is the easiest procedure that you can imagine. And you get to have the best meal of the decade, right afterwards.
