Good experience for my very first colonoscopy! The staff is friendly and courteous. I mostly communicated with the staff via the patient portal and they answered all my questions in a timely manner. While the colonoscopy prep is unpleasant, the actual procedure itself was a breeze, literally. Kudos to the staff for their efficiency!!
If you can write a good review of a colonoscopy, I guess this is one. The day of was wonderful. the wait time was very short but then again I did arrive first in line. I would recommend this if you try to set an appointment. In and out very quickly. the MD (Dr. Wood) and the CRNA (Randi) were exceptional. Very professional staff, well informed and helpful. All questions answered and procedures explained in detail. Really appreciated having input into treatment options and scheduling.
My experience with Digestive Health Partners was excellent. Checking in for my procedure was quick and easy. I didn't have to wait long to be prepped for my procedure, and the procedure itself was quick (I had expected to be at the facility for much longer than I was). Everyone on staff who were involved in my arrival, procedure and departure were all very friendly.
A very pleasant experience. The office was professional, the staff explained everything in detail, and I was scheduled for procedures within a reasonable time frame.

From check-in to the wheelchair ride out, my experience was top notch! Nothing but friendly, positive vibes from the staff. Bernard came in humming a song and I could see him smiling beneath his mask. Dr. Rholl remembered (or had record of) what I did for a living and asked how it was going. He also let me pick the music that would play during my procedure. They all just went the extra mile to make me comfortable.
Dr. Rackoff and his staff provide excellent support and very professional service. He is so thorough in his examination and analysis of the problem.
I was very impressed by both the facility and the staff at the Endoscopy Center in Hendersonville.
