On-time, efficient, professional - would highly recommend.
On time and patient focused! More clinics should try to emulate this one. Really enjoyed the professional interaction and teamwork. Again, the time spent waiting for services was minimal. We are net promoters!
Overall a pleasant first time experience doing a colonoscopy. I highly recommend their PMD porlal app to communicate and fill out paperwork with. It was a great help that stream lined the process. The staff was professional and courteous with me.
From the initial point of contact to set up an appointment to the time I was walked out the door after the procedure, I was treated with the utmost respect. The medical and administrative staff could not have been more professional and caring. My husband called the office shortly after we arrived home, because I was experiencing nausea. We were given tips to stop the nausea. The office called back twice to check on me. I recommend this medical office to anyone in need of gastroenterology services.
Darryl was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a great deal from him which I very much appreciated. He was courteous and respectful.

All went well for what could have been an uncomfortable visit. The staff was pleasant and things ran efficiently. I felt as though I was in very capable hands from start to finish. Office visit went well. Staff was very efficient and nice. PA was well prepared and informative. She was very patient and kind. She give me several options involving by care going forward. Visit was quick, short wait time.
