The experience was probably as good as it was going to get considering it was a colonoscopy. However whoever works on their IT needs to be fired: setting up an on-line patient portal account was impossible (my PIN expired too soon and I kept being re-assigned the same one even though it was expired) and nobody in the office knew how to fix it.

Dr. Varner is very knowledgeable and listened to everything I had to say. He was not in a hurry which you find with so many doctors today. I am very pleased with him and his staff. They all were very professional.

I saw Dr. Clark in the Brevard office. The entire office staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Dr. Clark explained the results of my tests and answered my many questions. He was very kind and patient, and I did not feel rushed. By the end of the appointment I felt better about my diagnosis and confident in the continued care I will receive.
Friendly, kind, competent, and professional. Everyone at the facility helped me feel relaxed and reassured that I was in good hands.
