I had a very good experience with my colonoscopy procedure at Digestive Health Partners. The location is convenient, the entire staff–from the admitting staff, the nurses, and the doctors–were both friendly and professional. The doctor was patient and clearly explained the procedure and, later, the results from the procedure. I felt well cared for during my entire time there.
Overall I had a great experiance at Digestive Health Partners. I have had numerous colonoscophys in my life time, and I must say this was the best experiance I have had. From the front desk checkin, to the nurse that prepped me, the anethesia guy to the doctor and nurse in the proceure room. All treated me with respect, and put me at ease. Thanks for caring.
I used to work alongside some of the physicians at DHP in Hendersonville while an RN at Pardee. They're a dedicated, caring group of doctors. The process going to DHP's location vs the hospital is absolutely night and day! You arrive just 30 minutes early, are taken to the pre-procedure area shortly there after where the real efficiency begins. I was so nervous about going in . But everyone one from start to finish was so nice and so insuring .i have never meet.a place that made.me feel at peace.i have to go back again .i feel better knowing that they are there.i would tell anyone.this is the place.
From the moment you enter the facility the receptionist greet patients with a smile and “how can I help you” positive attitude. Next all medical staff are friendly, helpful, caring, professional and skilled. Their organization created a very “together” environment. My appointment was for 1:00 PM and at 1:01 PM I was in the procedure room ready for testing. All questions were answered by the medial staff. I highly recommend DHP.
I had a Endoscopy/Colonoscopy and everyone was so nice and caring my experience was a 10+outta 10 highly recommend Dr. Shrode and his staff.......! Merry christmas!
The staff was helpful and the procedure was done in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with it all.
Staff very supportive and encouraging. Pleasent environment, Christmas music playing. Prcedure was completed professionaly and timely. Overall, VERY GOOD.
