I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Brian Garvin. He was very thorough explaining my condition and upcoming procedures. I'm all about great customer service but in this case I'll call it bedside manner and Dr. Garvin deserves a 10 out of 10. At checkout I received the same amazing customer service from Melanie. Dr. Norman Clark and the entire staff at Digestive Health Partners are kind, professional and caring. My prep nurse Riley was phenomenal! She made me laugh and was so friendly. She calmed my nerves with her wonderfully warm personality. I have very difficult veins. I have had very bad experiences in the past, but she listened to me, took her time and only had to poke me once! Great, great place. They made me feel extremely comfortable. They were compassionate and I truly felt cared for.
Your staff is great . Dr Jacobs is excellant . Not thrilled with not being assigned to an actual Doctor . Although Kristen is excellent it creates a layer of confusion as to who we are dealing with and at times the lines are blurred. One last thing . Your phone system sucks .
Staff, facilities and Doctors were superb
I worked in the medical field for 40yrs. I know how important patients care is.Even though this is not our favorite exam...I want to say I could not ask for a more kind and caring staff. I did not mind changing doctor's. I felk very comfortable with Dr.Heacock.So Thank you to everyone!!
