The new building is impressive but slightly intimidating for a new patient. However, the ladies at the check in desk are immediately warm and helpful. Before I could even finish signing the 3 intake forms my name was already being called for rooming. The MA who roomed me was professional, efficient and sweet as a button. The new DHP facility on Sweeten Creek Road is lovely and efficient. We had a welcoming and professional experience for a recent procedure. It is great to have this level of care in Western NC.
Everyone at Carolina Gastroenterology was professional, kind, and courteous. wait times were very short. the prep is still difficult but better than it used to be. I got a complete report with photos when discussing with the doctor.
My experience with DHP could not have been more positive. The staff was so very professional, kind and caring. Dr. O'Connell was professoinal and very communicative with regard to the results of the procedure.
Prepping for upper GI and colonoscopy is always a dreaded and bad experience. But, on arrival to DHP my experience changed instantly. The young woman, checking me in was kind and caring and the conversation we shared made me smile. I never had a chance to sit in waiting area before I was called by nurse.
