Great experience, caring and helpful front staff in helping schedule appointment. Also, kind and courteous when greeting you for your appointment. The text messages and emails very helpful in keeping you informed regarding your appointment. Dr. And nurses very thoughtful, respectful and caring about my wellness. I was very happy with the staff over phone and in person. I really like the Nurses they were awesome. I really like my Doctor. He is nice, compassionate, smart, and caring. I was treated very well. I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Z is awesome and the Anesthesiologist and their nurses. Office staff, Everyone is great. Love their new building it’s very spacious and things move in a timely manner.
This was a hospital follow up visit. Dr and staff were prompt courteous and efficient.

The new building is impressive but slightly intimidating for a new patient. However, the ladies at the check in desk are immediately warm and helpful. Before I could even finish signing the 3 intake forms my name was already being called for rooming. The MA who roomed me was professional, efficient and sweet as a button. The new DHP facility on Sweeten Creek Road is lovely and efficient. We had a welcoming and professional experience for a recent procedure. It is great to have this level of care in Western NC.
