As a "newbie" to the colonoscopy experience, I felt a little apprehensive, but everyone I had contact with, from the lady at the reception desk, to the caregivers on every level, my Dr, my anesthetist and assistants were professional, informative and supportive. I felt that everyone on the team worked together to make the situation as good as it could be for a patient facing the unknown. My tension was diminished as I felt cared for and not so vulnerable. Every member of the staff are kind, courteous, and happy! The doc took the time to really listen. He asked probing questions. I feel very valued.
Overall there has been a marked improvement: the facility's refresh is looking great, responsiveness is much better and everyone's attitude was great

I have been so pleased with ALL my experiences thus far with Asheville Gastro from the front desk staff to the PA Brian Carlinnia and all the medical staff!! They are all so polite, professional, and caring! I feel absolutely confident that I have chosen the right place for my upcoming procedure!!

PA Jennifer Margolis-Kelenske diagnosed my problem rapidly, ordered a new medication which worked wonders, ordered a liver biopsy to be sure and cancelled unnecessary tests that had been scheduled. She is pleasant to talk with and a very good listener.
Everyone I dealt with on the day of my procedure was both professional and very kind. I was very nervous. They explained thoroughly and comforted me along the way. Pleasantly surprised!
