Amazing staff
My overall visit was awesome from the time I arrived to the finish great team and very caring and they definitely helped me relax I was so nervous but it went away quick thanks to all that took care of me so thank you everyone for my first time being a great experience 😊
Getting an appointment for my colonoscopy was a bit confusing, under the new, for me, DHP), but worth it. After that everything was exceptional. The prep instructions were clear and easy to follow. On the day of the procedure everything proceeded in a timely and orderly manner. The entire staff, from the front office, to the prep nurse, the recovery nurse, the OR nurse and of course Dr. Adkisson, were all professional and courteous. Excellent people focused healthcare. Practitioners and staff were professional and friendly. And the patient portal took care of the paperwork process, both pre and post services.

Perfectly satisfied with entire process beginning with scheduling through discharge following procedure. Nurse Mary was great with the IV hook up. Anesthesiologist, Dana and Dr. Dukowicz and the assisting nurse were excellent at explaining the procedure and making sure I was comfortable. The recovery Nurse was very attentive and made sure I was alert & stable enough to leave safely. Results were provided by the doctor in recovery and were also posted on the portal the same day.
I like Ryan Nelson, he is personable, answers my questions & is easy to talk with. He gives me suggestions that I can understand & follow. He is a wealth of knowledge about nutrition & I usually find out new information when I go. My new med. list was ready for his assistant to copy, returning the original to me. I also like receiving an appointment review so I can refer to new & old information.
Everyone was nice and explained what was going on. They were great at making sure I was as comfortable as possible.
