The office staff were pleasant and efficient as was Dr. Fisher... however I cannot say the same for their choice of pharmacy that they insist we use. I was called by them shortly after my appointment, and while the person on the phone was pleasant, she seemed poorly trained... they called to verify insurance... during the call I was put on hold three times and finally told that they kept getting an error message and could not verify my insurance, the same insurance that I used that very morning at Dr. Fisher's office with n... read more

Dr. Jacobs has a wonderful bedside manner. She is kind, thorough and very professional. The support staff for the endoscopy were upbeat and kind while doing their job. The entire experience from start to finish could not have been better. I am very appreciative.
Yesterday was my third procedure with this practice. As in the past, Dr. Clark and everyone else on the staff were kind, courteous, friendly, and extremely professional. I felt well cared for and anything but a just another patient.
