This office visit was Nirvana. Appt was at 08:30. Registration took 2 minutes. Was in a room in 30 seconds. Check with nurse on medications and vitals 5 minutes. Physician came in to room 30 seconds later. Physician meeting and exam was 15 minutes. I was in my car at 5 till 09:00, it just doesn’t get any better than that. Great service, great outcome.
I was scheduled for the endoscopy at 11am and I was taken into the procedure room and the clock on the wall was at 1056 and I had seen it turn to 1058 and lights out! The procedure was painless other than the needle stick for the IV. The staff is great ! Thank you for a pleasant visit.
Staff was very professional, friendly and courteous. Doctor, nurses and anesthetist was as well. This was the most pleasant experience other than the prep for the procedure…lol! Will definitely recommend and be back in the future!
Staff was courteous, friendly, and highly skilled. The new endoscopy center iis attractive and comfortable. While endoscopy is not the highlight of you day, my experience could not have been better, and I’ll be back in 5 years!!!
Very satisfied with the care and kindness of this practice.
Client areas were clean and have a nice esthetic. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Doctor was easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Helped me to understand what was happening in my body, and the steps to improve those issues. I left feeling good about the visit, and comfortable with the next steps to improve my health. Would definitely recommend to anyone having gastrointestinal issues.
I felt cared for and that everyone tending to me was very present and personable. My team (the registration, Angela, Brooke, Dr Tiderington, Jessica, & Audrey) was amazing! Thanks for making this is pleasant experience.
This was my first time using DHP. I found all the staff to be present, empathic & caring. My first encounter was with Angela ( RN?) and she was very friendly & took time to explain everything she did. My doctor (Baldelli) was friendly, explained the procedure and answered all my questions. Very nice nice interaction style. Excellent care from the front desk, the RN, CRNA and MD. I really enjoyed the girl at the front desks making me laugh when I was so nervous. Two things I would like to recommend 1. Refreshing sprays for the bathrooms and if a patient asks for more blankets please give them to them . I asked the RN for 3 and she gave me one. Then my pulse ox went off and a gentleman responded and I asked for another blanket. He said that he had something to do first and never came back with a blanket.
