Excellent experience, from front desk to procedure finish. Really friendly as well as professional folks. New building is enormous, but well-lit and easy to find your way around in. And lots of parking, which is better than the old downtown location.

The doctor was/is awesome as was the scheduling person. She was incredibly helpful. The only reason I only give 4 stars is that your phone system is very poor. I tried to reach your office numerous times (maybe 5). Each time I was unable to speak to anyone and there was no option to leave a message. No matter the time of day I was either forced to leave a number for a call back or I was disconnected altogether. I have been going here for three decades and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Varner is wonderful and all the staff are kind and considerate.

No one looks forward to having a colonoscopy but I was so impressed with the care I received at Digestive Health Partners. My appointment was on time, my procedure had a complication and the resolution was handled professionally and considerately and all members of my team were caring and positive. I could not have had a better experience.
Excellent service from the moment of contact, with timely and courteous, reminders and communication. The staff at the facility was courteous and professional from check in to check out. Every possible step was taken to ensure comfort and dignity throughout the procedure that we all would rather not need to submit to.
I received a positive cologuard test and was scheduled very quickly for my first colonoscopy. Everything was very organized and efficient. I did t wait long before I was checked in by Natasha who was very kind and informative. Very soon after I received visits from the doctor and anesthesiologist explaining portions of the procedure and seeing if I had questions. After my appointment they followed up with me the next day.
