The staff was very thorough and kind. Wait was minimal. After the colonoscopy the Doctor came in explained and answered all questions. I would give them 1 out of 1 out 10; a 12+. Thank you so much.
Great job, staff are excellent. Only thing to mention is no confirmation the day before or day of from DHP. I was surprised by this as I usually am bombarded with text and email reminders. Thx! Montana, Gloria & Dr. Whitlock are top notch!
Very good bedside manner and an awesome overall experience
While this is not a doctor any of us are excited to see, Dr O’Connell took his time to hear my history and discuss what could be happening. However, he was NOT eager to schedule me for a colonoscopy; he did recommend a 3-month follow-up!
They were quick and efficient. All of the staff were kind and helpful. They took excellent care of my mother. I highly recommend.
Providers who listen, take time to explain and care. clinical and admin staff who are friendly, courteous and always professional.
From the moment I entered DHP, their whole staff was extremely professional And friendly! Their kindness and care was superior from preparing me for my procedure to releasing me. Dr. Whitlock is my provider. I have requested him for each of my colonoscopy. He is extremely caring and makes you feel at ease. I will always ask for him! Thank you DHP for having such an amazing staff! You are the best!!
Excellent experience with staff and doctor. Doctor really listened to me and gave me different options as far as next steps, agreeing with my decision being the best for me in my situation.i just wish I didn’t have to wait 5 months until I can get the scan I need due to them only performing this specific scan on Fridays.
Professional and friendly staff. All the nurses and Dr.Harlan were great in explaining the process and what was going to occur. I can highly recommend DHP.
