I completed my ‘10-year’ colonoscopy at Digestive Health Partners, Asheville location. Check-in was efficient, the procedure went smoothly, and the post procedure consult was thorough. As important, everyone I dealt with (nurse, doctor, anesthesiologist, and technician) was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Such a positive experience for a procedure that is not so pleasant. I really appreciate the professionalism, compassion and kindness from Ella, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Bernard, and Dr. Rackoff. I hope I got all of their names right! They were all wonderful and I felt very cared for.
A very professional and well run operation. Every staff member I encountered was kind and helpful and the doctor had a great bedside manner. He met with me before the procedure to explain everything and see if I had questions. They made having a colonoscopy as pleasant as possible!
Everyone there was very professional, polite, and respectful. The Dr (or PA) was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the diagnosis. Would recommend to anyone.
The lady at check in desk was pleasent to interact with. They actually got .e in early. I was seen by Joe and he was awesome. He was very professinal. He explained things in detail to a level that I could comprehend and he awnsered all my questions in detail. I would recomend pepole to go through your practice for their Gastro needs. In
I moved from Cary and was very worried about finding a new doctor in Asheville. Dr. Fisher, Amanda, and Shawanna (I probably misspelled my apologies), could not have been kinder or more skilled.
