The receptionist was friendly & efficient. Medical staff explained everything to me ahead of time & made me feel at ease. The doctor talked to me afterwards & explained the initial results of the procedure. Everyone was very professional & I would recommend it for friends & family.

I would recommend this practice to everyone who wants to have excellent treatment both mentally and physically. Everyone of the staff were accommodating and treated my wife and I with kindness and were on top of every situation. They took time to explain every step in the process and answered all of our questions pleasantly giving answers and making sure we were satisfied. Great experience overall. Nurses, doctors all were very professional and nice. The only complaint I have is getting signed up for the procedure. It took over a year times to get someones attention and no one ever answers the phone.
Impressed with the professionalism of the amazing team ! From the moment I walked in the door . Courtesy helpful staff. Every step of the way I was well taken care of and informed. The staff answered all my questions. Dr. Heacock took the time to listen to my concerns and health changes. Prior to my Endoscopy and Colonoscopy. Spoke to me and my husband after study . I found the detailed prep packet easy to follow and the text messages kept me on track. Quality care from a hardworking team. Thank you

From the second I walked into the door EVERYONE was very nice and professional. I was always told what was going to happen before it did. Felt like the place had great moral as I saw employees smiling and laughing with one another. While the procedure was less than pleasurable, of course, my experience was very positive!
Dr. Jennifer is by far the best. Never have I had such a wonderful, kind, caring, most helpful and best of all genuinely concerned about me smart health professional. The same goes for all the staff I have interacted with. I’m very glad to be a patient of this great community of professionals.
