A really positive experience. Check-in was a breeze. All of the staff were helpful and very professional. Everything went smoothly. It felt like I was the only patient and all my questions and concerns were addressed.
I have had nothing but great experiences with everyone I have dealt with. The staff is friendly and thorough. Dr. Baldelli is the epitome of a great doctor. He takes the time to really listen and then offers ideas explained clearly and concisely. Moving into the new facility on Sweeten Creek Rd. has made it much easier as a patient and I sense with the staff as well.
I just got past my colonoscopy screening and had the pleasure of starting anew with Dr Tom Whitlock. I moved to the Asheville area 5 years ago and resident to leave past doctors from a different state but was referred to Dr Whitlock for my colonoscopy scan. I will say he is amazing with great bedside manner. My experience at the new center they have built was second to none. From the time I registered until the procedure was complete, I received excellent care from a very professional staff. Each person was well prepared and knowledgeable. They made sure I was comfortable and well informed about the process and procedures. I would highly recommend Carolina Mountain Gastroenterology for any patient in need of medical assistance.
The staff was very friendly starting with the front desk, then the Medical Assistant, followed by Dr.. Rybnicek. He took the time to answer the questions I had during my appointment and explained my condition very thoroughly. While nobody wants to have to deal with digestive issues, both the doctor and his assistant made me feel very comfortable discussing my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Rybnicek!
My experience was great from check in to check out! The nurse was great, as well as the doctor! If you have any concerns about your digestive system this is the place to be!!!
I was impressed with the professionalism and attidute of all of the staff I dealt with in my visit.. All of them gave me updates on what was happening and explained what I could expect, I was particularly happy with the doctor who did the procedure; she fully explained what she was going to do and gave me a complete review of the results. Also ,the new facility seemed state of the art.
This was my first experience with DHP. Everyone, yes everyone, I interacted with was kind, informative, patient, professional and all-around top notch. I was on the Endo side and highly recommend Dr Dukowicz and all of the team members involved in my care.
Everyone very professional and friendly. Excellent doctors. Large well organized practice.
