Extremely professional, caring and people oriented staff. Everyone from the reception desk to the nurses and doctors made me feel very at ease at comfortable. The entire procedure , ( I had both a colonoscopy and a endoscopy) were performed exactly on schedule. All of my concerns and questions were addressed and answered to my complete satisfaction and in a manner in which I could understand. Dr Garvin was outstanding and I highly recommend him for one's digestive health care.
Really nice staff, I felt comfortable and confident that everyone on the team took pride in the job. The procedure didn't take long !! God bless and you guy's made a difference in making a person fill important.
Very professional. Nobody enjoys a colonoscopy, but the pre-procedure communication was great. I felt listened to and responded to, and I was in and out of the office again in less than one and a half hours total.

Let's face it - no one enjoys having a colonoscopy. That said, the care I have received from DHP through my three procedures in the past seven years has been exemplary. The staff are caring and professional. They let me know all my options, and I felt heard. The patient portal questionnaire and scheduling system seems to have a few hiccups, but once I worked through it, everything else went very smoothly.
