I was treated with respect and kindness. This is a very impressive team of professionals.
The HVL office runs efficiently with the exception of communication before the procedure. I never reached a live person by phone, however, my calls were returned eventually and the procedure went without a hitch.
Everyone; nurses, doctor, anesthesiologist were most excellent and have been for every visit!!
Received caring attention through the entire process. Minimal wait time in nice waiting area. Process stayed on schedule and I did not feel rushed to leave. Doctor and entire staff were friendly and knowledgeable. A dreaded experience was not so bad!

Very pleasant experience, the staff were efficient, knowledgable and pleasant. Wait time and procedure time were a surprise as it appeared all was timed perfectly from front desk to prep area and procedure with no real wait! Great team of professionals!
