From the front desk, to the interview with PA Medows, I was impressed. Many years ago I had a consultancy that worked with physicians on the communication skills of their staff. My expert opinion is your offices win the prize.

The staff was wonderful and it was a quick and easy process. I would recommend them to anyone.
My interactions with the staff was wonderful. But rhe phone system and returning calls is a one at best. They didn't return my phone call for a week and I ended up in the emergency room. So they need to really work on their communications better and return phone calls in a timely manner. This is why I am giving them a 3 star.
Office staff & medical professionals were considerate and attentive to Mom. I was allowed to stay with her during preop as nurses, doctor and nurse anesthetist spoke with Mom. All procedures were explained thoroughly. Nurses called me back as soon as Mom reached recovery.
Obviously, undergoing even a routine colonoscopy is an unpleasant experience. The various administrative and technical staff at this practice did a very good job of reducing the unpleasantness as much as possible. Scheduling was a little rough, as the time lag from my primary physician's referral to the scheduling of the procedure took far longer than I was expecting.
