The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only improvement I could suggest is the time between my visit with the doctor and the lab work should be shorter. It was way too long (20-30 minutes)! Office was clean and had a friendly atmosphere.
Communication before procedure was excellwnt. The day of proceedure front check in was easy, Nurses, Dr, anesthesiologist were super professional. I have had this proceedure at other excellent facilities and would say this was on par! I trust these folks and that is saying a lot.
Very organized and comassionate. Only negative i can think of is their call volume is so high that there were delays getting in touch with them and waiting for 'call backs'. But that is a minor ripple in the great lake of life.
Kind and compassionate physicians and supportive staff. I have been a patient for 20 years, would not consider going any where else.
Just had my 4th or 5th colonoscopy yesterday. The administrative staff and medical staff were very pleasant and professional as they have always been. Dr. Harlan was great and very informative. He has done all of my scopes and made the statement, 'looks like we've been together along time and growing old together." All were very comforting and showed sincere interest in overall patient care. Appreciate the concern and attention from all staff...great nurses.
Everyone at the Asheville Office of DHP treated me with kindness, professionalism and respect. Having a colonoscopy is never fun, but the actual procedure went smoothly and I felt really cared for. The prep was truly much more difficult than the procedure -- which was not difficult at all!
The people in the Asheville office were great. I was there for an appointment that I didn’t want to do. It could have been really bad if the people were not as nice. Dr Wood was personable and nice. GREAT STAFF but glad I don’t have to go back for at least 5 years
Top notch care and courtesy. Hendersonville office and facilities are clean and inviting. I felt calm and in good hands. Staff is kind, professional, personal, and respectful from the reception all the way through to the follow up call the next day,. I will choose them again for future needs.
I was treated professionally and courteously by everyone I came in contact with. All the staff I met were pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Varner even apologized for being a few minutes behind schedule. I felt I was in good hands from the time I arrived until I left. Bedside manner is important and lacking in too many workplaces.
