The best experience with all the staff, from making my appointment, to getting all the info on what to expect, and also I went to wrong location, and was still seen at the right one across from McCormick Field,. Great care during my colonoscopy. My only "beef" was with the lengthy call waiting process to even get an appointment for the procedure. It took me four different calls into their call center to finally complete my 45-minute intake interview -- required to even get an appointment for the procedure. The phone recording said "due to unusually high call volume our waiting times are higher than normal". Actually it was due to lack of sufficient call center staff and a too long intake process for a call center. I would have ... read more
Recently visited DHP in their Brevard office. I was taken in on time. The office staff was terrific. I was treated kindly and w respect Dr. Varner was great. He explained things well and answered all my questions. I'd highly recommend this practice.
