My experience with my endoscopy was completely positive, from setting the appointment to the procedure. The day of the procedure went well, from quick and easy check in to leaving afterward. Dr. Clark and the rest of the staff was kind and courteous, and the procedure was done on schedule. I’m very pleased and highly recommend Carolina Mountain Gastroenterology.
Great experience from check-in to heading home. The office was comfortable and the entire staff was very friendly. They also clearly explained everything along the way. The results were also sent to my doctor very quickly.
Professional, kind and answered any questions
The day of my appointment went off without a hitch. Everyone is in place ready to perform their duties, smiling and pleasant. Within an hour I was back home. For that I give them all a 5 star rating. It was getting the appointment that I found frustrating. I called numerous times and did not get a return call. I had to physically go to the office to speak with someone regarding the importance of getting my appointment in their books so I could proceed in getting a few days off at work. I am new to the area and needed to schedule a routine colonoscopy. It did take a few months to get scheduled but I understood the situation and it worked out just fine. Everyone was very professional and kind. The entire procedure went as well as could be expected. I would have no reservations in recommending the facility and Dr. Rybnicek. Thank you DHP for getting me transferred into the practice and setup!
Like always everyone is always so pleasant and friendly. The portal was new to me, but very easy to navigate through. I found out my doctor had retired however, my new doctor, Dr. O'Connell is AWESOME!!! as well as his team. I was in good hands with such a great group of caring people. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
