The Hendersonville endo clinic did a great job. My husband had a colonoscopy and EGD a few weeks ago and I had an EGD today. The staff are efficient and professional. Dr. Rholl and Dr. Varner are both wonderful doctors and just great people in general.
This was my first time for this type of procedure. As well as being put under. to say I was scared and nervous is an understatement. I’m not sure if the staff knew this. However, I was treated like a friend and not a patient. Yet the staff was extremely professional.. I can’t say enough about them and how relaxed they made me feel I am grateful for that and for them.
Staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctors were great! Actual appointment was stress-free and easy. The PREP was a nightmare. It made me so sick for 2 days. Nauseas is an understatement. Dehydrated. Wracked with chills, headache and vomiting for 6 hours straight. Offer options for prep - pills, small ounces vd gallon. As a vegan, maybe I don't need a gallon. 1 literally did the trick. Ask for options. Again. Appointment went flawlessly.
Excellent treatment from signin to recovery room to followup communication. All staff members were friendly, informative, and efficient. Special mention for the nurse Mikala who started my IV line in seconds (compared to 30 minutes with three nurses at a different surgery center). Stress-free experience.
Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. The procedure was quick and painless. Would recommend. The prep was not horrible, in fact, it went very well.
I was given literature that explains Barrett’s disease and lists of foods t avoid. I was also given information recommending a high fiber diet. I appreciated having a health care assistant explaining to me in detail about Barrett’s disease.
Dr May was wonderful. Very thorough and he has a great bedside manner. I feel confident under his care. The office staff and scheduling team were friendly and efficient. I am glad I chose Digestive Health Partners for my care.
Excellent visits with PA Scott Nelson. He takes the time to discuss issues and is also very pleasant. I recommend him.
Everyone at the facility was great, knowledgable, nice, friendly. The prep instructions were confusing and should be rewritten.
