Despite the length of time to get an appointment, the staff kept me informed of progress. Once the appt was set, the communication was often and clear. The portal is an excellent tool and I used it to ask questions and provide info. The day of the procedure was efficient and safe. Staff friendly and answered my questions. Recovery was easy. Thankfully no issues and home with no side effects.
