I was seen promptly and Dr Whitlock spent as much time as I needed to understand my diagnosis and steps going forward.

All of my care givers were kind, caring and explained each and every thing they were doing.
I had a follow up appointment with Dr Heacock this week. He thoroughly answered all my questions about a treatment I have to have. I was a bit apprehensive going into the appointment but he was very reassuring and I felt so relieved by the time I left. The five star review is on Dr Heacock. As for getting in touch with the office by phone, I would have to give it 0 stars. Whenever I've called, no one ever answers the phone or calls you back. From admission to discharge all was run for maximum efficiency. Everyone I spoke with answered any questions or concerns I had. The colonoscopy was performed by Dr. Cender while under anesthesia ( Thank You Mike). I had very few problems after the procedure & I’m very glad I had this done because a polyp was found.
