The initial scheduling is a pain. You have to download an a app and everything is done in their portal and on the app. It’s almost impossible to talk to a real person to schedule. All questions are answered via text message on the app. However the actual day of the procedure was good. The staff were friendly and explained everything that was about to happen. Very professional.
Overall excellent experience. Everyone was kind and professional. Minimal wait time for the procedure to start. Excellent instructions. Can’t say enough good things. Recommend highly.
I have been visiting this facility for a long time. The staff at checkIn are pleasant and patient. This is my second time being seen by PA DeCosta and Dr Heacock are both wonderful. I have also been treated by Dr Perez. All the professionals at this location are knowledge, kind and caring.

I had a colonoscopy yesterday. I want to thank Dr. Norman Clark and his staff for the excellent care they provided to me. They were not only very professional but also very efficient, courteous and kind. From the front desk receptionist to the nurses, assistants and of course the doctor I thank you for making this experience a good one. I would highly recommend this practice. Sharon K.

I have been coming here for years. I have never had a problem, everyone is very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Harland has a wonderful bedside manner and really is great at finding the answers.

Appointment was for Colonoscopy. First for me. All scheduling and communication was excellent. Day of appointment everything handled very efficiently. I would use there services again. All Staff efficient and professional.
