I have been been so very pleased with the outcome of my procedures every time I have been there. They are so caring and treat you with the highest respect. The Doctors and the Nurses are the best and so very kind.
The staff was so nice and efficient. Dr. Garvin was excellent and answered all of my questions without rushing. He provided a lot of good education to me and offered options. He is the best!
Everyone, from scheduling to intake to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and my doctor, Dr. O'Connell, are top notch. I had a colonoscopy and it all went well. However, the instructions need some work. The list of what to eat has no punctuation so it's a little difficult to read. Just what are "White rice Tortillas." Only after figuring out that if the word was capitalized it was a new item, did I get it. Also, the prep is sent in liters. The instructions are about gallons. My experience at Digestive Health Partners was nothing but positive. Every person I came in contact with was genuine, polite, and showed interest in giving me the best care.
My experience with all the staff I came into contact with was terrific! Caring, knowledgeable professionals who put me at ease, gave me great explanations and answered all questions. And they had such a great attitude! I was particularly impressed with 'Randy', the anesthesiologist. It was a challenge getting an apt - I think because they are short staffed on that front but once I had the apt, they all took very good care of me and I highly recommend them.
Good experience for my very first colonoscopy! The staff is friendly and courteous. I mostly communicated with the staff via the patient portal and they answered all my questions in a timely manner. While the colonoscopy prep is unpleasant, the actual procedure itself was a breeze, literally. Kudos to the staff for their efficiency!!
If you can write a good review of a colonoscopy, I guess this is one. The day of was wonderful. the wait time was very short but then again I did arrive first in line. I would recommend this if you try to set an appointment. In and out very quickly. the MD (Dr. Wood) and the CRNA (Randi) were exceptional. Very professional staff, well informed and helpful. All questions answered and procedures explained in detail. Really appreciated having input into treatment options and scheduling.
