This was my 3rd procedure with this office. They are very professional, courteous & everything moved smoothly & in a timely manner. The entire staff are awesome from beginning to end. The admitting personnel were positive, courteous and professional . The Medical Assistant and FNP Sara were also helpful and professional taking time to discuss my concerns. The check out procedure was somewhat less than positive. I have been a patient of Caroline Gastroenterology now Digestive Health Partners for more than 20 years. My annual meeting with Ryan was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about my history and treatment going forward. He explained about the drug I use to manage my ulcerative colitis and was reassuring regarding possible new drugs coming down the road.

P. A. Decosta was extremely thoughtful and a credit to the practice. Friendly, didn’t make up an answer if my question required more study. Sheila, the triage nurse who phoned me today had the answers to my inquiry in a very timely fashion, and did an excellent job explaining the lab results. The only blip in my visit would be perhaps, the girl at the desk beside the phlebotomist station, the one facing the rear, could be a weee bit more friendly. Meeting with the PA was informative. The PA was kind and patient. Things were explained to me in depth regarding the three conditions I have and how similar their symptoms are. I was pleased the recommendation to be referred to the surgeons at Mission.

Colonoscopy and EGD with dilation provided by Dr. Whitlock. He and his team were very professional and caring. I wish I got the name of the nurse who did my IV, because this was probably the best experience I have ever had getting an IV in my hand. She was very patient and provided a warm compress and got the stick the first try. When I removed the bandage later, there was no swelling and you could barely see where the IV had been! We were seen promptly. Dr. Harlan listened carefully, did a good exam, explained his thoughts and conclusions, and laid out a reasonable plan and follow up. He was kind and friendly, very professional, explained things well. Assessed the problem carefully and thoughtfully. Office staff was efficient and friendly.

I have been coming to this practice for more than 25 years and they always have been professional and up to the minute smart. I have had several time in the hospital with them doing surgery and always come out with positive results. All the staff is kind and professional. Will continue with this practice even though it is more than an hour away.
