The Doctor and all staff were professional and caring.
The front desk staff were super nice and efficient. I got there nearly an hour early and as soon as my appointment came time up, I was taken to an exam room. The medical assistant was very professional and cheerful. Dr. Perez was very professional, courteous and is a good listener. He was willing to answer my questions and take his time to talk to me about the procedures he recommended. Also, Dr. Perez is an easygoing person. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Perez
I had a very positive and smooth time having my colonoscopy with Dr Garvin.
Short wait time, very competent PA who went over my endoscopy results in detail. Most impressive, his nurse called me when they discovered that my insurance would not pay for the reduced strength med and are working up an alternative approach. This, the day after my appointment. THIS, is patient/customer care!
My wait time was practically zero! I was taken back by a very nice lady named Kell and she went over my information. Dr. Shrode came in shortly afterwards and spent sufficient time discussing my situation and possible solutions. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns.
Everyone here is soooo nice and friendly and very kind and caring. No one wants to be there to get a colonoscopy and they do everything go make it as pleasant an experience as possible! Thanks to ALL the staff!
First visit to Brevard facility which is very convenient for me. Receptionist was extremely cordial and made my wife and I feel welcome. Visit with PA was comprehensive and informative. Experience made me actually look forward to returning. Particularly glad I don’t have to drive to Asheville or Hendersonville anymore.
