The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the entire experience as painless and smooth as possible.
I chose Carolina Mountain Gastro for my routine checkups because the office staff is friendly and responsive and the office is clean and orderly. The physicians and support staff are tremendously caring and see the patient before and after the procedure explaining what they will do and any necessary changes moving forward. This is an example of a well- run out patient clinic providing efficient treatment in a professional setting. It is most certainly worth the drive from Asheville.
I have been helped by Brian for almost a year. I feel his not only a trusted medical professional but now a "friend". The staff is caring and efficient. I have been cared for very well by this medical group.

So pleased w my experience having my scheduled Colonoscopy w Dr Harlan. The practice staff were great from check-in to discharge. Everyone was professional and caring as well as friendly.
