The staff was very caring,polite and professional.
The procedure I had recently at the new Digestive Health Partners location was a very positive experience. Dr. Zivony, the anesthesiologist, and nurses were very professional but also seemed to have my comfort as one of their top priorities. The staff, receptionist, nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor were great. Very professional, caring and competent. I had many issues with booking my procedure and managed to get it scheduled after three days of hit and miss communication through phone calls and patient portal. I presume this snafu was due to the recent merger. The paperwork had the Biltmore Ave address on it yet my surgery was at the new DHP on Sweeten Creek which was confusing since I received separate confirmation texts from both locations. I've been seeing Lauren Hanson for the last couple of years, she's a wonderful little PA. The office is clean the nurse is very prompt and does her job very professionally the whole office works well together. The girl at the check in it spot on she gets to you very promptly like I said the office is very professionally run just what you need when you need their service.
Dr. Jaban is a pleasure to have as my doctor. He listens and explains things throughly. The new facility is so nice- clean, up to date, and a good location.
The new facility is efficient and commodious. Dr. O’Connell and his staff were excellent. I was very satisfied with my care.
The visit was fantastic. Professional friendly staff, very efficient process start to finish. It made my colonoscopy almost enjoyable!
