If you have to have a colonoscopy, this is definitely the place to go! From the young lady (I didn’t catch her name) who left her station to come over and get me checked in, to the RN (Alex Bini) who got me discharged and walked me out, it was an amazingly smooth procedure! Professional, kind, and efficient. Everyone was very nice, and from start to finish, communication was excellent. My procedure happened on time, minimal waiting, and when it was over… the only thing rushing me out the door was my belly because I was so hungry. Excellent experience. Can’t say that I want to do it again, but overall, top notch.
Highly professional throughout the organization. Also, the entire stay from arrival to exit was a very short 1.5 hrs. Also like to comment that the prep goop has been substantially improved by the strong lemon-lime flavoring. I know this is an outside provider, but DHP did find a good source for the material.
Everyone was knowledgeable and nice and the facility is top-notch. They made the procedure as good of an experience as it could be. If I could offer one suggestion it would be to provide coffee/tea for the folks in the waiting room (with a big sign reminding those of us having procedures to keep their hand off!).
The new facility is so nice! From checking to post up everyone was very attentive and professional. Just wish the prep was easier :-)

Colonoscopy. Just that word brings unpleasantness to mind, however, the staff at Digestive Health Partners in Hendersonville are wonderful. Pleasant, caring, helpful. They make an unpleasant experience much more tolerable.
