The staff is wonderfully kind, informative and helpful. Dr. Whitlock is very professional and walks you through what he is doing so you feel less uncomfortable about the procedure, and more like a student of his work. So despite your reasoning to go it is a very calm environment with trustworthy, patient and friendly professionals.
