All the nurses and staff was exceptionally nice and friendly the doctor was awesome they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I was a nervous wreck at first and they greeted me with kindness and made me feel very comfortable. I was worried for no reason the worst part was drinking the prep the procedure was easy. And the staff was amazing would recommend this place to anyone. My nurse was Mary, my doctor was Dr. Perez they are awesome. The whole staff was wonderful and nice Thank you for making my visit pleasant.
Great experience, everyone interacted with was very professional. This is a first class and well run operation, I was impressed!
This was just a yearly check-up and Dr. Perez was very thorough in his questioning. He also answered all of my questions completely and I left feeling very satisfied with the care he has been providing me.
I love the doctors at this practice. But at this new location is not very handicap friendly. The parking was a bit for a handicap person to enter building then seating the chairs were not placed in a way a handicap person could rise and go straight forth to desk or to rooms. If you had the chairs all facing the desks I think it would be more manageable.
I have used them several times. I was pleasantly surprised in my most recent visit and medical procedure how they have improved customer service from receptionist to nurses and Doctors. Bed manners were very impressive and highly appreciated.
Not sure why we had to get there an hour early but entire staff had their "A game". Everyone was kind, considerate, and very efficient. Thank you~
