Very thorough and detailed paperwork and electronic documentation. My doctor was thorough, patient and kind. All of my questions were answered and I felt confident in my upcoming procedures.
The entire staff was amazing! Even though they were super busy, everyone took time to make me feel comfortable and well informed throughout the entire procedure. This is my second time here and both times (5 years apart) were excellent. Highly recommend
Entire staff were very informative, attentive and compassionate. I arrived early, was taken back immediately and had my procedure 20 minutes before the originally scheduled time. Nursing staff, nurse anesthetist, and Dr. May were all splendid…as was the Diet Pepsi I received for being such a good patient…undoubtedly a reward for prepping well! Great job AG staff!

Scheduling was easy - I arrived at the requested time and they called me very close to my scheduled appointment time - the procedure went as expected and they had preliminary results for me when I awoke - a very professional experience all around.
Great staff. Quick and easy office visit. Lab technician ws very nice. I didn't even feel the needle going in or coming out.
I had a screening colonoscopy recently, and the visit itself went very smoothly. The front desk, nursing, anaesthesia, and medical staff were all very professional - explaining everything well, and very accommodating to my wife who was my chauffeur. The scheduling aspect was a little less smooth - it took a long time to hear back following initial referral. But subsequent communications about the prep and visit were fine, including timely text reminders. Overall great experience!
Even though it was not easy to schedule an appointment. MA ,Doctor and staff were very easy and professional. The MA and Doctor listened to me and included me in plan of care. Gave simple instructions. After the visit I had to call office and the staff was helpful and even took time to answer my call even though their phone lines were shut down for lunch break. Thank you for your great care. I would definitely recommend them
