It was my first colonoscopy so of course I was a little bit nervous. I do have to say considering the type of procedure it was that every person I encountered from the front desk to the back area was extraordinarily kind, courteous and informative. I would absolutely recommend them to any person who is in need of a colonoscopy.
Sherry in infusion makes my visits enjoyable. I feel i'm in good hands for my many infusions.
From check in to discharge, it was a positive experience. Gracie and Macie were very kind. I was treated with respect and dignity. Thank you.
Front desk personnel are very courteous and helpful, Lindsey and Meghan, and Nurse Assistant 'Jordan' is so informative and very explanatory in the proper procedures that I need to follow in order to have a successful examination, the patience and professionalism of the staff is exceptional! Dr. Meyer is awesome! Very nice & personable as well as the staff members. I recommend this facility highly.
Everyone from the check in process to talking bit little with the Dr was very relaxing and I really felt cared for. The Dr explained everything a nd explained to me why I was having the tests I will be having and the reason for them. The nurse was also very kind . My whole experience was very good and I will feel confident about returning and finding out my test results .
All in all, it went well. Had to wait about an hour longer because they were running behind. Everyone was friendly and cordial with the exception with my interaction with the CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist).
Everyone was very nice and helpful! Dr Garvin was very attentive and spent time to get a holistic picture of my health as well as lining out what the procedure would entail. Staff also outlined what to expect and how to prep for the procedure.
I had a Colonoscopy on March 19th and my experience was wonderful. This is my third Colonoscopy so far since turning 57 since cancer runs in my family. I didn't even mind drinking the "prep" this time. It actually was a smaller dose and tasted like lemonade. From the start with meeting nurse Montana who got me ready with the IV's, to Kate the anesthesiologist and other nurses in my recovery. Thank you to Dr.Perez's team for the caring, kind and professional support during my procedure. See you in 7 years!
