Procedure was on time. Dr Clark was cordial. Support staff were efficient. All answered questions. Efficient process.

I was late due to heavy traffic and shut down lanes, I was forced to be late even though I left early, however the staff took care of me immediately, never was a word said about being behind, I spoke to my physician prior to the procedure and next thing I knew it was over. Other than not having coffee lol, after the procedure I would recommend this group to anyone, no hassle, no long wait, considering all a good experience
Overall excellent except for the prep drink but I know it has to be done. Dr Fisher, anesthesiologist Randy, post op nurse Natalia and I cannot remember preop nurse all so friendly and kind.
My overall experience was fine but two things kept me from giving a five. I was on my cot with IV for a VERY long time before my procedure, at least an hour. Also, I woke up during the procedure which has never happened to me before.
Dr. Wm. Harlan is totally professional with a friendly approach.
From the time I walk into the door, the receptionist on are nothing but the best. This tells me that management is playing a big role in the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Also, I don't know what was in that cocktail they put in my arm to put me to sleep, but I sure had a nice dream
A great experience yesterday with my first colonoscopy after 16 years was a little nervous going in but everything ran so efficiently from Check in to check out. RN, Amber was kind and reassuring, Grace, the anesthesiologist came in before hand and explained what she was going to do and Dr. Tiderington was also exceptional in communicating before the procedure. My results were loaded into the portal even before I got home. The only recommendation from an esthetic point of view is to paint and repair the waiting room.
Dr. Cender is the best. He knows his stuff and is a caring doctor.
