My experience was the best from signing in, to the procedure & the discharge. Everyone was helpful & professional. That was secretaries, nurse, anesthetist, & Dr. Harlan.
Doctor Hogan was awesome and courteous and the staff and nurses were also. I received great care and friendly smiles from everyone.

Despite the length of time to get an appointment, the staff kept me informed of progress. Once the appt was set, the communication was often and clear. The portal is an excellent tool and I used it to ask questions and provide info. The day of the procedure was efficient and safe. Staff friendly and answered my questions. Recovery was easy. Thankfully no issues and home with no side effects.

Very proficient and kind staff. I was seen quickly by the doctor who asked great questions and explained my situation in easy to understand terms. He was very kind and listened well to my concerns. I highly recommend this practice.
Staff was very responsive to calls and messages to reschedule my husband's appointment. Then when we decided it was too taxing for him to come to the office they offered a video call. The doctor was very nice and approachable and answered all our questions.
