I have had excellent care from Dr. Craig Cender in the diagnosis and treatment for ampullary stenosis, and am being followed closely by Jennifer Margopulos-Kelenske, PA-C with that issue in addition to very longstanding GERD and IBS-D. Jennifer really listens and she is a problem solver. If one treatment falls short, she always has other options to suggest. I trust her implicitly as she has helped me more than any other provider I have seen through the years.
I had a very rocky beginning with this medical group. Their phones are very busy, and scheduling an appointment was difficult. However, the care/service I received when I finally did get my colonoscopy was outstanding. The care nurse and nurse anesthesiologist were both thorough and warm. Dr May was friendly and efficient. I was done quickly and had no side effects from the anesthesia.
It was my first time, the nurse's Dr May and Grace calmed my nerves. The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish.
I’ve gone to CMG over the years for Endo & colon care. Ch time I have found everyone to be ultra friendly, kind & caring in addition to the professional treatment they give. It makes what could be a dreaded event much more pleasant.
Brian Carlina is always kind and considerate of me and is very caring. The complaint I have is the office personnel. I left three messages for an appointment and got a return call 11 days later. I had explained my situation but it obviously fell on deaf ears. When I called the fourth time I left a message for Shelia and she called me back in a short time. Nobody wants go have a colonoscopy but… I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They are a well oiled machine and good attitudes to boot. Thanks DHP!
We recently relocated to Asheville from Austin, TX. I was a year overdue for a colonoscopy. We were really please with the overall experience. The doctors, nurses, staff, and check in were all amazing. Most of all, different from Austin Gastro, they didn't make us pay a "estimated" payment up front before running the procedure through our insurance. Bravo! Nobody needs the extra hassle of chasing overpayments around later down the road.
The experience I had yesterday, having an endoscopy, was absolutely the best I've ever had at a doctor's office. Everyone was kind, friendly, efficient, and thorough. I already have recommended and will continue to recommend this facility, nurses, and Dr. Rydnicek. Thank you all.
Wonderful facility…Dr. Tiderington is wonderful…listens, answers all questions and never make me feel rushed. Highly recommend but make appts early as there is usually a long wait
