Brian eased my concerns and have some advice on how I can avoid the symptoms I've been experiencing.
Professional, efficient, and patient centered care for my office visit and procedure. I could not be more pleased with the care.
So, So simple. Easy thorughout. The staff and doctors are extremey nice, everyone makes you feel at ease. They of course seem knowledgeable as well. All in all, a great experience. (but for the nasty stuff you have to drink the day before :) )
Can’t say enough about DHP. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was there for a routine procedure and got checked in quickly and taken to the back promptly. Procedure was on time, recovery and discharge was quick and efficient, and instructions were clear and concise. I can’t remember everyone’s name, but shout out to all of you including Tearany and Dr Whitlock.
The entire staff was kind & pleasant. I had to wait a little to check in. Both ladies @ desk apologized. I felt like I was seen & mattered. There was no wait for Ryan to come in for the visit. He had obviously already looked @ my chart & was able to discuss with me my issues. He offered new advice. He was friendly but remained professional. The staff are friendly and professional. I spent more time with Ryan Nelson, PA. During a procedure, Dr. Clark was reassuring and spent time before and after explaining aspects of the procedure. Ryan was very helpful during my visits, spending time discussing my condition and different ways to treat it. He answered many questions with patience concern.
It's great to have an office in Brevard! My appointment today as well as those held previously were all professional. It was easy to communicate about delicate details with ease. Thanks to all for thier care.
I like the new building, it was very busy but l didn't have a really long wait. Very kind folks all around. I had to reschedule and didn't have any issues either canceling or getting a call back when l reached out for the new appointment.
I have a health concern and was extremely worried I was given answers to calm my fears and kind compassionate care. Honest answers which were so appreciated.
