Have been here several times the past two years due to dealing with ulcer issues. Never had any problems. They see me quickly, and the doctors take their time with you. Not just rushing to the next patient. Also communication is great once you leave the office if you need to ask questions, have lab results to report, etc.
As a patient I feel welcomed as soon as I enter the doors , I feel heard and seen by the medical staff, my providers have been awesome in working to keep me healthy, I never have a problem getting help with the questions I have about my gut health! From the front office ladies to the poor nurses that have to answer my endless calls I am completely taken care of by this practice
I had a consult visit after some labs that needed to be addressed. DHP was able to schedule me just a few days out and the PA I met with, Darrell Meadows, was personable, unrushed, and professional. All the staff I met upheld that standard as well. I feel I am in good hands with the upcoming procedures we decided to pursue.
I've been going to the Hendersonville office for many, many years and I can truthfully say that the Doctors, Nurses, & Office Staff are always efficient & thoughtful. 🙂 👍🏻 🫡

I have been a patient of this practice for the better part of a year now, and have had nothing but the best of experiences with everyone in in contact with. Davis Marshall is extremely attentive and makes sure to make me feel heard and seen. In light of my health issues that arose last fall, he was the first professional I was in contact with that I felt really listened and tried to help me as a person rather than a number. 10/10 would recommend
I had a rather tough beginning to my colonoscopy procedure last week. I was extremely shaky as I tried to check in. It turns out I became dehydrated after having some nausea during the prep. They immediately took me into a room and got me on IV fluids and anti-nausea meds. This was not their first rodeo and they knew exactly what to do for me. I felt very well cared for by all the nurses and the doctor. The actual colonoscopy was over before I knew it started and the results were good. I highly recommend these folks.
Fantastic. I can’t think of when I have visited a medical practice where EVERYONE, from the front desk to the doctor was pleasant, positive, happy, and attentive. I felt they truly cared about me and the quality of their work. This was my first visit and I never plan to go anywhere else now. Superb!!
