Outstanding service by this group of dedicated professionals. Am very pleased with their attention to detail & that they (i.e. Lauren Hansen) take the time to listen to any questions and are genuinely interested in your personal well being.
This is my second review, my first was before I went to the clinic for my treatment. At that point I was quite put out by the extreme difficulty in scheduling the appointment. I'm keeping this review to four stars because of that scheduling obstacle course. But otherwise, the service was excellent, the clinic is entirely efficient and comfortable for the day of my procedure. I did feel I was in good hands. But really y'all, fix your scheduling situation, then you'll be Unsurpassable!
I very much appreciate your staff and somebody calling me back!! You have a huge work load and they seem to handle it well.. I didn't get her name but the young lady that did the anesthesia did mine before was very professional and her husband is one lucky guy.. Thanks again..Steve Ballard.

I had a colonoscopy completed yesterday at Digestive Health Partners. This office is a smooth running machine. From check-in to the nurses to the doctor, everyone seemed to know exactly what needed to be done for a thorough, comfortable, and efficient job completing my procedure. Nice job.
Pleasantly surprised that everyone on staff from the front desk, to nurses & MAs, Drs, were so happy & friendly. Only concern was the sheer number of patients & procedures they push through (didn’t realize there was such a demand), but otherwise a very positive experience.
I have medical anxiety and put off my colonoscopy for a couple of years. Digestive Health Partners made my experience very comfortable and easy. My nurse, Mary, was so kind during our phone call, she explained the process and eased my fears. Dr. Fisher was warm, informative, and present. I never felt vulnerable or had questions during the prep, it was not as scary as i expected it to be. DHP gave me the best medical care I've experienced in Asheville. Thank you!
I've seen Dr. Rybnicek for about 2 years, now and am very pleased with his care. He, truly, listens and offers sound advice. I recommend him, highly.
