The doctor was great. My issue is that no one answers the phone or returns calls.
Dr. Harlan and his staff are excellent and very much appreciated. Dr. Harlan listens to my concerns, goes over everything with me without rushing, I have complete confidence in him. My husband and his sister also see him and we are all very happy to be his patients,
For a procedure most people dred, the people of DHP in Asheville are the best. The procedure went smoothly, with little wait time. A shout out to the nurse who put in my IV: 1st time no bruising! New facility is so nice.
Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I was taken back to see my physician almost immediately and given the utmost attention. They seem to treat people like family.

My PCP made a referral to Digestive Health, I called to make an appointment. I left a message and received a callback the same afternoon. I was connected to a scheduler and got an appointment a week later. I met with a PA, who was very thorough concerning my issue. After the consultation, he recommended an endoscopy and I was scheduled that same day for the procedure in 2 weeks. I was very impressed with this medical facility.
Staff very kind and responsive. Dr Myers was engaging and attentive. I truly felt cared about.
Have been here several times the past two years due to dealing with ulcer issues. Never had any problems. They see me quickly, and the doctors take their time with you. Not just rushing to the next patient. Also communication is great once you leave the office if you need to ask questions, have lab results to report, etc.
