They used to be better! What has deteriorated; getting an appointment! KINDNESS! (These are delicate health personal matters. ) Not good bed side manner can't talk to your doctor. ( That is sad, as they are looking at their bottom line)
Incorrect reporting on patient clinical summary.
Went one time to this facility. Scheduling was supposed to call with appointment for procedure. 2 and half weeks later still no call and no one answers a phone call or returns a call. I have been trying for 3 days to reach a human being. Left messages through their dialer that was supposed to call me back and save my place in line. Still no call. Worst customer service ever
My overall experience at Digestive Health was very good. There are a few exceptions to my experience. 1. When I contacted their partner "Gift Health" I specifically requested that my prep would NOT be the "drink a gallon" of disgusting fluid. I know there are other options. I am a chef, I have a refined palette. I wanted to puke up every drop. They told me that I would receive the "Prep" that the doctor ordered. I received the "gallon" prep. It was misery. Barbaric! Service was excellent but one thing went wrong. My driver (spouse) was not present as expected when I woke up from anesthesia to help process doctor's report and recommendations. Upon check-in, we were told she could wait outside the office in car with cellphone. That's where she was. But nurse said that because she wasn't in waiting room, she wasn't present with me as expected. DHS needs to make this clear at check-in. It's an important aspect of the procedure.
Not happy about being asked to come 30 minutes early for no reason.
Treatment was good but, I had to go to the office to talk with someone to get an appointment. In talking with people, your office is impossible to get in touch with. That part I am very dissatisfied with.
This was the worst doctor experience I’ve ever had. After waiting over a month to see someone and being very excited for the appointment I was very quickly disappointed. Dr. Fisher spent no more than 10 minutes with me, was short, and had no compassion. I felt like I was a problem my doctor was passing along to her as a bother. DHP is very unresponsive to new patient referrals. After multiple attempts to submit the required forms, I have yet to get a call for an appointment. It's been 2 months since my referral.
