They have the process down to a science from when you first sign up for an appointment to when you leave after the procedure; it was seamless. Also, everyone was so kind and helpful. I was nervous for my colonoscopy but it went very well.

Excellent experience from scheduling right through the day of my procedure. The staff are friendly and helpful, explaining everything in detail and with patience. The team that performed my colonoscopy were extremely pleasant and competent. The doctor greeted me before the procedure, asked me a few questions and answered mine. A good experience, if that is possible for a colonoscopy. I'v never had to wait very long here, the staff is very nice and accommodating. The physician spoke with me before the procedure (not after) and I was given a paper with the findings. I would, however, have liked to spoken with the physician after the procedure, as the paper revealed some issues I had some questions about. Unfortunately, I did not read the paper til I got home. Otherwise, a good experience.
Examiner was very thorough and knew my history. Staff seemed to like the work environment and were very helpful.
