I had my first endoscopy here yesterday. Overall it was the quickest doctor appointment I've had in awhile. I didn't have to wait at all in the waiting room. Every step was smooth. The people were friendly. The anesthesiologist was very kind and helped me feel at ease. The doctor was kind as well and answered my questions. I’ve had three colonoscopies in my life; the first at age 48 in 2017 was a cancer diagnosis. Stage 3 rectal cancer. Dr. Dukowicz was right there when I woke up and somehow made even such bad news sound not so bad. There is true empathy and honest friendliness in his voice that makes you feel not abandoned. Having a colonoscopy isn't high on my list of enjoyable experiences, but when you need once, this is the place to go. Every step of the way, the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They communicate clearly what to expect from the procedure and what steps need to be taken ahead of time. I have had this procedure done elsewhere so I was able to compare the experiences. What was offered as part of the prep (Sutab vs. other methods) was also much different and made all of that much less inconvenient. I was blown ... read more

Everyone knows "the prep" is the worst part of a colonoscopy. But Dr. Wood and his Staff are compassionate, professional and friendly. Everyone introduces themselves and explains what they are about to do, which makes for a very competent comfortable procedure.

I never look forward to having a colonoscopy; however it was a pleasant experience at the clinic. The staff were both friendly and very competent. Thank you to all of them, especially Dr. Cender.

For an unpleasant procedure (colonoscopy) the total procedure from start to finish was comfortable and the staff was compassionate and professional. Thank you all for making this procedure as comfortable as possible.
