Mr. Davis the PA who assisted me was very thorough with my questions and the issues I’m having with my stomach. From the time I walked inside the office in Brevard the ladies were friendly and made me feel comfortable at the front desk. Mr. Davis’s nurse assistant took my blood pressure and vitals and updated my medication was also very friendly and professional. I had a wonderful experience all the staff and Co workers are very curious and caring. I didn’t feel rushed when I was in the room with doctor. Great place and would highly recommend!!

Exceptional. Smooth, efficient process. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor answered my questions and explained things thoroughly. He was personable and kind. I’ve had this procedure at a few other places and this was, by far, my best experience.

I paid my bill in full upon receipt because my insurance company denied the claim. Then I got to thinking about it and called my insurance company. They denied the claim because it was coded incorrectly. They went ahead and processed the claim and I was told they had to pay the doctor's office because that was who filed the claim. I called Asheville Gastrointro and was told upon receipt they would process a refund. They received the insurance money in June. It is now November.
