I have been a patient here for approximately 7 years and the staff, doctors, front desk receptionist, phlebotomist are always friendly, very helpful and caring. Dr. Dukowick and PA-C Margopulos-Kelenske are very attentive and address any questions or concerns I have about my health.
Excellent experience. Everyone was friendly, caring, comforting (I was nervous!), and professional. Every step was carefully explained. It all went smoothly and I felt well cared for.
From the reception through the procedure my experience was professional and everyone treated me kindly. I have had several colonoscopy and endoscopy’s there. Doctor Jeffries has done them all and I hate to see him retire. He is like a friend and deserves all the happiness that life can bring!
NP Virginia Waymouth is a delight. She answers questions clearly and listens intently. She is kind and empathetic. I could not be more pleased with my visit.

Seen for a 5 yr F/U colonoscopy & as previous procedures with this group everything went like clock work. Staff from front desk to clinical area were friendly & treated me with respect, kindness & covid compliant. I have had several procedures over the years & would highly recommend this practice!
I was a five year call-back for colonoscopy. i was welcomed at the front desk within two minutes of my arrival and was seen by the admissions coordinator within five minutes. I was directed to the Endoscopy waiting area, took a seat and was seen by my nurse within 20 minutes. Everything went like clock-work in the prep area and operative suite.
