Great care during my colonoscopy. My only "beef" was with the lengthy call waiting process to even get an appointment for the procedure. It took me four different calls into their call center to finally complete my 45-minute intake interview -- required to even get an appointment for the procedure. The phone recording said "due to unusually high call volume our waiting times are higher than normal". Recently visited DHP in their Brevard office. I was taken in on time. The office staff was terrific. I was treated kindly and w respect Dr. Varner was great. He explained things well and answered all my questions. I'd highly recommend this practice.

Attentive
Colonoscopy! From the time I made the appointment, had to cancel, and reschedule a month later, they were nothing but friendly, kind, helpful, accommodating and professional. I called a couple of times with questions and never felt rushed while they answered them all... patiently. The day of the colonoscopy they were on time and the staff was incredible. From the front desk, to Autumn, to the anesthesiologist George, to Doctor Varner, it couldn't have been a butt-er experience! Bottoms up! ( Great nap, too.)
I’ve been with Digestive Health Partners for over a year now and probably close to a dozen visits. Each visit I’ve had from telehealth, to in person, to procedures, have been professional, friendly, and so informative. I know my voice is heard, and I know that my doctors have my back here. My experience from start to finish was completely positive. Everyone at the endoscopy center was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and vaccinated! I asked everyone that I came in direct contact with and everyone was vaccinated for which I am truly truly grateful. The prep can never be fun but other than that it was a completely delightful experience. Thank you so much.
