My procedure was very smooth and well organized. The receptionist, CNA, nurses, Dr., anesthesiologist, were very pleasant, helpful and always asked if I had questions or was there anything they could do for me. The glitch was my long protracted uninformed discharge.
I was very pleased and surprised with how quickly I was taken back and seen by the provider. Everything was very professional and I felt my health was very important to them and that all my issues were being addressed.
Dr. May and the entire staff are kind, caring, professional and personable. They make the experience one that is pleasant, if you have to have a not so pleasant procedure. Jane O.
Great experience from the time I walked into the office until the time I walked out. Dr. Cender asked if I would mind if he had a prayer and I was so pleased he was a Christian. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
I was well treated from the moment I walked in to the clinic until I left after the procedure. Dr Perez and his team had excellent "customer relations." It was like a finely tuned orchestra with a talented conductor. Bravo.

who really WANTS to have a colonoscopy?! but if you do need to have one, i couldn’t recommend any place higher than this one! the staff were all so kind and sensitive as well as professional and competent. they introduce themselves, explain their role and take time to answer your questions. there was virtually no wait time between when i arrived and when i was called in for my procedure. in addition i was given a summary print- out and photos taken internally during the colonoscopy so i knew the outcome right away. overall, ... read more
Everyone was great from time you walk in the door till you are discharge. The phone calls before the procedure explaining about insurance was very reassuring. This was my third colonoscopy at this office and I would not go anywhere else.
