Everyone was efficient and kind and listened with my nervous questions. I only have one issue. They inject you with Propofl to put you to sleep (well me anyway) and it stings me like mad when it goes in your vein the only time it stops is when you go to sleep granted it’s less than 30 seconds but I’ve had it several times at my oral surgeons office and they’ve been kind enough to inject a numbing agent when they do that so it doesn’t hurt like that. All in the office were very professional and compassionate, from the receptionist, my wonderful nurse, doctor and anesthesiologist. Sandra was awesome helping me with the prep.
My experience walking into the facility is five stars. However, dealing with this organization to set this up was absolutely shocking. It took five business days to make my appointment. And it took five business days to deal with my prescription. Again absolutely shocking customer service prior to my visit. You can’t reach anyone by phone. I had an outstanding experience for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. All the staff were pleasant, courteous, and professional. The blanket was warm!!!! Dr Tiderington was thorough and efficient. Thanks to all of you.
Thank you to Dr. Scrode, Carrie, Grace, and anyone else I've forgotten. I had as exceptional an experience one could have with a colonoscopy. The process was seamless and during each step, I was met with professionalism and care.
