I couldn't be more pleased with the care and concern that was expressed by not only the doctors but also the PA's and nurses. Ryan Nelson, for example, took time to explain and give specific direction/instruction for my condition. They have been very responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend them for any of your GI issues.

The phone system is a nightmare, but every member of the staff was kind and professional. I had no worries through out the entire process. Also my driver was made comfortable. 4 stars just for the phone system, otherwise 5 star treatment.

There was no wait. Everyone was kind and professional. The whole experience was impressive! The place was so clean. The equipment was modern. The IV was so "easy" no pain. The staff actually listened and treated me with respect. I appreciate the graceful professionalism.
I had a great experience as usual. Its my third procedure. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable in a nervous situation. Dr. Garvin was terrific. He explains the procedure and later the positive results. Its a great group that have always been great with me.
Once I finally got in touch with an actual human the experience was very good. Inside the doors of the clinic everyone was helpful and efficient and the whole procedure was great. The Dr. was awesome. The staff were great. But it was very hard to actually get in touch with a person to schedule and go over the procedure. The phone system is very hard to navigate. Hopefully this was just a temporary glitch.
