The staff was quite friendly. Everything was explained to me. Dr Varner is super. He asked detailed questions and clearly listened to everything I said. He answered my questions completely . I felt very good w the resolution to my issue. This was a visit at the office. I will have another visit in 3 mo. Only negative is that I couldn't yet schedule my follow-up appt. Their software only works at most 2 months out. They are looking at getting another scheduling system. Sure hope they get it!!!

I had a colonoscopy performed during the time of COVID-19. This practice was has a well-designed protocol for protecting its patients from any exposure. I also had practically no waiting after my arrival. The nurses were very friendly and competent. They made me feel quite at ease. Dr. Perez performed the procedure. Of course, I was "out" for that part, but he explained the results after the procedure and provided me with a report providing details, pictures, and suggestions for changes I needed to make. Staff have been very polite, kind and helpful in keeping me informed about my upcoming procedure, snd have volunteered to send me a letter explaining all the pertinent details. I appreciate this very much.
Loved the virtual appointment. It was so much easier to do from my home so I am not in a waiting room. Love the care I receive and couldn’t be happier with the staff.
I enjoyed my video call appointment. Everything was right on time, user friendly and Scott was attentive and very thorough. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you!
